The Company is a free zone company established in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, licensed by the International Free Zone Authority (IFZA). We process personal data under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, the "PDPL") and, where they apply to you, the additional regimes set out in this Policy.

2. Scope of This Privacy Policy

This Policy covers your use of our websites, mobile applications, digital products, and services (collectively, the "Apps"), including any features, tools, or services we provide. Our Apps include, without limitation, ConsumerXAI Playbooks, consulting services, Agniverse Media, Handler, Flamme, DatingX, Backed, DBG, the Creator Handbook, and our arcade games.

Not Intended for Children

The Apps are not directed at children under the age of 13 (or 16 where applicable). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under these ages. Handler Browser Extension

The Handler browser extension reads publicly visible engagement metrics (such as views, likes, and comments) on TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram pages you visit, in order to display outlier and engagement scores. This processing happens locally in your browser. The extension does not collect, store, or transmit your personal data or browsing history to our servers, and it does not track your activity across sites. Your extension settings are saved only on your own device.

We may collect several types of information from and about our users, including:

• Aggregated, privacy-friendly website analytics (via Vercel Web Analytics) that does not use cookies and does not track you across sites

• In-app activity you choose to take part in, such as game leaderboard usernames and scores

Do Not Track Signals

Your browser may allow you to send "Do Not Track" signals. Because our website does not use cross-site tracking cookies, there is nothing to opt out of on the website itself. For our mobile apps, you can manage tracking and advertising preferences through your device settings and the in-app prompts.

12. Remarketing & Email Marketing

We may run and measure advertising for our Apps on third-party platforms (such as Google, Meta, or TikTok), including campaigns that promote our mobile apps. Our website does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Any advertising or measurement that occurs within our mobile apps is disclosed in the relevant app store privacy details and can be managed through your device settings.

We also send promotional or marketing emails if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in our emails or by emailing us at admin@gethandler.ai.
