This Disclaimer ("Disclaimer") applies to gethandler.ai, app.gethandler.ai, the Handler MCP connector, and the Handler Chrome extension (collectively, "the Apps"), owned and operated by Agni AI FZCO ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a free zone company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

By accessing or using the Apps, you accept and agree to be bound by this Disclaimer. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Apps.

2. No Professional Advice

Growth and Results Are Not Guaranteed

Handler gives you research, frameworks, scripts, and generated media for marketing your own product. It does not guarantee any specific result, such as views, followers, engagement, downloads, revenue, or business outcomes. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your own execution and the policies and algorithms of third-party platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Any examples, case studies, or past results shown in the Apps or in our marketing are illustrative and are not a promise of your results.

Not Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice

Content, playbooks, research, and services are provided for general informational and educational purposes and do not constitute financial, investment, legal, tax, or other professional advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and should consult a qualified professional before acting.

3. AI-Generated Content

Outputs Can Be Wrong

Handler uses AI models to research, summarise, and draft. Scripts, breakdowns, captions, images, and video generated or assisted by those models can be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, and two runs of the same request can return different answers. Treat every output as a draft.

You Review Before You Post

You are responsible for what you publish. Check every output before it goes out, including any factual claim, statistic, price, or comparison it contains, and make sure it complies with the rules of the platform you are posting on, with advertising law, and with any duty to disclose that content is AI-generated or AI-edited.

Research Data

Research about public posts, creators, and accounts comes from third-party platforms and from data providers. It may be incomplete, delayed, or inconsistent with what the platform shows you, and metrics such as views and engagement are the platform's numbers, not ours.

4. Beta or Experimental Features

From time to time, the Apps may offer beta or experimental features that are still in development. We make no guarantees that these features will function without errors, and they may be updated, modified, or discontinued at our discretion. Your use of these beta features is at your own risk, and we are not liable for any losses or damages arising from your access to or use of such features.

5. Third-Party Services and Integrations

The Apps integrate with and rely on third-party platforms and services, for example payment processors, social and content platforms (such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube), AI model providers, and analytics or infrastructure providers. We rely on these to operate the Apps and for your convenience, but make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, availability, or reliability of data or services provided by third parties. Your use of any external platform or service is governed by its own terms and policies, and we disclaim any liability arising from your interaction with such third parties.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Agni AI FZCO, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and agents will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the Apps or any information therein.

No Guarantee of Results

While we work to provide accurate and reliable research, products, and services, we make no guarantee as to the results you will achieve, including any audience growth, views, revenue, or business outcome. Results vary based on many factors outside our control, and any examples or past results are not a promise of your results.

7. Endorsements and Reviews

We do not currently provide paid reviews or endorsements on the Apps. References to any products, services, organizations, creators, or other content do not constitute or imply endorsement. Any reliance on such information is at your own risk.

8. Privacy

How we collect, use, store, and share personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy at gethandler.ai/privacy. We are established in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and process personal data under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), together with the additional regimes described in that policy where they apply to you.

9. Jurisdiction

This Disclaimer and any matters relating to it will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates to resolve any legal matter arising from the use of the Apps.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Disclaimer at any time without prior notice. All changes are effective immediately upon posting to the Apps, and your continued use of the Apps after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Disclaimer.
