The system that grew Flamme, turned into a product.
Growing Flamme on TikTok did not come from guessing hooks. It came from watching what was already beating its own baseline in my niche, working out why, and remaking it for my app with my own faces. Every week. That loop is boring and it works.
The problem is that the loop is a full-time job. Finding the outliers, breaking them down, briefing a creator, shooting, posting, reading the numbers, doing it again. I ran it by hand at Flamme, then for other founders through Agniverse Media.
