What is the Handler Chrome extension?
Handler is a free Chrome extension that shows an Outlier Score on every TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube profile and post as you browse. It scores each video against the account's own baseline, so you can see at a glance which posts broke out and by how much.
Is the Handler extension free?
Yes. Handler is free to install and use, and it runs entirely in your browser. You do not need an account to see the scores on a profile.

TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube, including Shorts. The same Outlier scoring appears on every profile grid and on each post you open.
What is an Outlier Score?
An Outlier Score is a video's views divided by the account's own baseline (its median recent views). About 10x the baseline is a strong outlier and 100x is a monster, so you can spot a breakout regardless of how big the account is.
Does Handler collect my data?
No. Handler reads only the page you are viewing to calculate scores. It sends nothing to any server and collects no personal data.
