## How Handler scores an outlier
- Outlier score: We set a post's views against the median views of its own account's recent posts, leaving out that account's single biggest hit so one old outlier cannot raise the bar. The further a post runs past its own median, the higher the score - so a small account's breakout ranks next to a big account's, and follower count never decides it.
- Pull: Views say a post was seen. Pull says people acted on it. Shares and saves count most, comments next and likes least, all measured against views. A post needs at least 10,000 views and a Pull of 0.5% to enter the library at all.
- What you see on a card: Bolts show how big the outlier is, stars show how strong the Pull is. Both come from the post's own public numbers, read when it was scored.
